Weekly Guided Meditation and Breathwork

A calm, practical meditation class focused on nervous system regulation.

This weekly class is designed to help your nervous system slow down, settle, and feel more regulated. 

Each session includes gentle breath work, grounding practices, and guided meditation to support emotional regulation and calm a busy mind.

What to expect

  • Nervous-system-led breathwork
  • Grounding and re-centring practices
  • A calm, supportive small group 
  • Tools you can use outside of class
  • Suitable for beginners

What to bring with you

  • Your own yoga or exercise mat
  • A blanket or extra layer (your body temperature may drop as your relax)
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A bottle of water
Mats and equipment will be provided in future, but for now please bring your own.
