Service Description

This weekly meditation class is designed to help you slow down and regulate your nervous system. These sessions are practical and science-informed. You'll be guided through gentle breath work, grounding techniques, and calming meditations that support your nervous system to move out of stress and into a state of safety and balance. Each classes offers space to: Calm a busy or anxious mind Release built-up tension and overwhelm Re-ground and re-centre Support emotional regulation and mental clarity The focus is on how your body responds to stress, and how small, consistent practices can help you feel more regulated, present, and resilient over time. Classes are kept intentionally small to create a calm, supportive environment where you can simply arrive as you are - no experience needed.

Cancellation Policy

Drop-In Bookings: Cancellations within 24hrs notice can be refunded or transferred. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice are non-refundable. Block Bookings: Block bookings are non-refundable once started. Missed sessions within a block cannot be carried over. Cancelled by Instructor: If class is cancelled by the instructor, you'll be offered a refund or transfer.
